If you are an existing customer of ICSS Inc. and your company has purchased equipment, field service, and/or engineering services from ICSS, Inc. within the last 12 months of your telephone inquiry, technical support via the telephone will be provided at no charge, on an unlimited basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our telephone technical support covers specific equipment that we have sold you, and includes any type question regarding NETWORK 90, INFI 90, and Harmony products and software.
Therefore, if you are an existing customer, as defined above, your company can receive unlimited telephone technical support at no charge to help your technical personal as needed. Our goal is accurate, timely, and professional technical support communication with our customers to help improve the performance of their control system.

If you are not an existing customer of ICSS, Inc., we hope for the opportunity to provide future equipment and/or field services for your organization. Telephone technical support will be provided to non-existing customers on a charge basis, billed in 15 minute increments, at a predetermined proposed rate, via credit card or advance purchase order.
