RETURN

After you receive our proposal:.

If you choose "Return", you will be requesting that the equipment be returned to you, and the basic service charge of $185.00 per unit, plus freight, be invoiced..

By choosing us to "Return" your equipment, you will complete the following:

1. Check the "Return" box on the repair quote.
2. Please define your Purchase Order number on our quote form, or write "Credit Card", and we will call for your information.
3. The repair quote must be signed, and dated.

Upon completion of the above three (3) steps, please Fax, or Email the repair quote back to ICSS, Inc..

We will immediately return your equipment, and invoice accordingly.
