DISCARD

After you receive our proposal:

If you choose "Discard", you will be requesting that the ICSS, Inc. destroy and/or discard the items sent in by you for evaluation. By choosing this option, the basic service charge of $185.00 per unit, plus freight is Waived.

By choosing us to "Discard" your equipment, you will complete the following:

1. Check the "Discard" box on the repair quote.
2. The repair quote must be signed, and dated.

Upon completion of the above two (2) steps, please Fax, or Email the repair quote back to ICSS, Inc.
