Quick Response Controller

The Quick Response Controller performs control schemes using digital and/or analog input data. Control schemes consist of function codes that are stored in the on-board memory of the module. Besides executing control schemes, the module executes self-tests, security functions and bus interfacing. It has on-board circuitry for four analog inputs, two analog outputs, three digital inputs and four digital outputs. The NQRC01/IMQRC01 controller communicates with other intelligent modules in the system over the module bus, which provides a means to configure, tune, monitor and acquire data. Quick Response Enhanced Controller is a stand alone controller that can be dedicated to 1 or 2 loops. The QRC01 has 4 analog inputs, (4 to 20 mA, 1 to 5 VDC) 2 analog outputs (4 to 20 mA, 1 to 5 VDC), 3 digital inputs (24 VDC, 120VAC), and 4 digital outputs (24 VDC). The QRC01 is also able to interface to a maximum of 8 NDCS03/IISAC01's and 4 NDIS01's. The QRC01 is identical to the COM03 but its analog inputs respond faster than those of the COM03.
