IMMFP11

Multi-Function Processor
The IMMFP11 is a powerful microprocessor based controller that provides a wide range of solutions for processing control problems. It also handles data acquisition and information processing requirements providing true peer to peer communications. The IMMFP11 is also able to execute complex user designed analog, digital, batch and advanced control strategies, with a maximum of 64 I/O modules in any combination for inputs and outputs. The Multi-Function Processor has three operating modes - execute, configure and error. In execute mode, the module executes control algorithms while constantly checking itself for errors. In configure mode, it is possible to edit existing or add new control algorithms. When or if an error is found the module goes into error mode and the front panel LEDs display an error code corresponding to the type of error found. The IMMFP11 can also interface with NDCS03 Digital Control Station, and IISAC01 Analog Control Stations, with both stations providing Hand/Automatic control for operating personnel. In addition, the IMMFP11 can interface with NDLS02 Digital Logic Stations providing operating interface to digital indicator Stations, Providing process control variable diplays for operating personnel. The IMMFP11 is also able to process Basic or "C" programs and has Batch language capabilities with 10,000 useable blocks and/or 4,000 lines of Basic or "C". It has 2 isolated RS-232 ports. The first 30 blocks in the IMMFP11 are fixed block addresses with blocks 31 through 9998 customer configureable. Additional features of the IMMFP11 are its back-up and on-line configuration abilities. The IMMFP11 is a functional replacement for the IMMFP01 and may be used redundantly with a IMMFP01
